Reiki and a Car Battery
Megan B., Eminent Reiki™ Practitioner, shares the following story: “It was winter and raining, I had driven to the drug store to pick up a prescription. It took about twenty minutes. I came out to the parking lot and got in my car and was ready to go when the car wouldn’t start.
I tried several times to turn on the engine and nothing. I got out my cell phone and was getting ready to call AAA when all of a sudden I got the message to try my Reiki on the engine. So, sitting in my seat I used both of my hands and directed them toward the battery. Sending the Power Sandwich (learned in Eminent Reiki™ II), I imagined the energy going from my hands to the motor of the car. I tried the key again. Lo and behold the car started. I was so happy.
Not only did I not have to call AAA but I didn’t have to get out of the car into the rain and cold. I made sure that I drove the car a little longer than normal to charge the battery but it was fine after that. The next day it started up just fine when I needed to go out.
Just to be on the safe side I did take it to my mechanic and he did put a new one in but it was several weeks later. He also told me that my battery had lasted a lot longer than most batteries by several years.”
